**Experience Level: 2 to 3 years

**Position Type: Full-time**

• Researching suppliers as per GM’s set requirements
• Acquiring a minimum of 3 separate quotes
• Negotiating payment, delivery, and maintenance terms
• Preparing comparative documents detailing offer distinctions
• Recommending suitable option(s)
• Execute transactions while ensuring under which entity to carry them out
• Follow-up with the supplier to confirm adherence to agreed terms
• Follow-up on payments
• Developing cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
• Controlling the procurement budget
• track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports
• Ability to research new products and present the best scenario and solutions
