We're seeking a Purchasing Manager to join us in maintaining our high standards in the F&B sector.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for F&B categories, in alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
-Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high-quality products.
-Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to achieving mutual goals.
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including culinary teams and operations managers, to understand F&B requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods.
-Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, replenishment strategies, and storage conditions, to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the Food and Beverage industry.
-In-depth knowledge of F&B procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
-Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
