We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager to play a pivotal role in our company:

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to achieve company objectives.
-Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
-Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress towards goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication, coordination, and alignment to drive organizational effectiveness.
-Support the General Manager in strategic decision-making, risk management, and resource allocation to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
-Manage key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
-Previous experience in a Deputy General ----Manager or similar leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
-Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
