A reputable Multinational company in Beirut, Lebanon is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and increase brand awareness
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights
- Create and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand loyalty and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines and standards
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, and provide insights to inform brand strategy
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand alignment and support new product launches
- Manage brand budgets and track expenses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
