Technical Guard

Job purpose

• Responsible for maintaining the general security of the campus.
• Monitoring technical systems (Fire, BMS and Security cameras systems).
• Periodically inspecting the mechanical systems and equipment’s’ of the campus outside business hours.
• Maintaining a high Level of security awareness of the premises.
• Following internal security and safety procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the daily traffic of Gate 1 and Gate 2
• Performing regular tours around the campus round the clock
• Handling External and internal phone calls
• Reporting to Campus Supervisor and to Engineering team
• Carrying hourly technical tour inside the campus after business hours

Schedule Working flexible shifts.

• The Technical Guard position will follow a rotation schedule.
• Must work sometimes 12hrs shift once per week to cover other staff weekly days off
• Must be flexible to cover emergency leaves.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Terminal and or technical degree
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of security systems and protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
