Overview: Samir Hani Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Application Specialist specializing in surgical equipment to join our team. This position requires extensive knowledge of operation theatres and the ability to attend surgical cases across Lebanon. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, clinical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to support healthcare professionals in optimizing the use of our surgical equipment.
Responsibilities:
1. On-Site Support:
• Attend surgical cases in operation theatres across Lebanon to provide on-site support and guidance on the use of our surgical equipment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff to ensure optimal setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment during procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate assistance to resolve any equipment-related challenges encountered during surgeries.
2. Training and Education:
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of surgical equipment.
• Develop educational materials, training modules, and procedural guides to support ongoing learning and knowledge transfer.
• Provide mentorship and hands-on training to new users to facilitate their proficiency and confidence in using our equipment.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, offering personalized support, product recommendations, and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and service enhancements.

4. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or technical role within the healthcare industry, with a focus on surgical equipment and operation theatre practices.
• In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and sterile techniques, with the ability to effectively navigate operation theatres.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals of diverse backgrounds and levels of expertise.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across Lebanon to attend surgical cases and provide on-site support as needed.
5. Additional Information:
• This position requires frequent travel and flexibility to accommodate surgical schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential for attending surgical cases across Lebanon.
