** Job Brief:

Under Solution Manager reporting line, the Senior Solution Analyst – SAP FI-CO is responsible for supporting technology solutions to address business challenges on ERP-SAP and CTRM systems.
Collaborating with stakeholders, it should gather and assess requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
Its responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making. Effective communication is crucial as I bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

** Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP support, configuration and testing activities.
• Perform Training of core business users and preparing for go-live activities.
• Support SAP post go-live activities.
• Assists with the implementation of SAP and CTRM.
• Interacts regularly and directly with various business groups and users to understand and analyze business problems in an effort to lead toward viable solutions.
• Documents functional specifications for new requirements and application configuration.
• Configures others applications and interprets functionality for business users.
• Works closely with technical developers as needed.
• Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance.
• Document user manuals.
• Perform other related duties as requested by management.

** Requirements:

• Must have 3 or more years of experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong SAP FI-CO knowledge on:
- General Ledger accounting principles.
- Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Asset Accounting.
- Bank Accounting including Bank
Integration (SAP BCM, DMEEX, etc...).
- Profitability Analysis.
- Profit & Cost Center Accounting.
- Product Costing.
• Involved in at least 1 or more end to end implementation cycle of SAP FI or CO would be a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP TRM will also be plus.
• Skill in developing process models, data flow diagrams, user manuals using industry-standard modeling techniques (Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and Project) or SAP Signavio.
• Skill in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English level
