Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Ainab, Lebanon (On-site position)
Our company is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team at our office in Ainab, Lebanon. This is an on-site position, ideal for candidates residing in or within commuting distance of Ainab, including areas such as Qabrshmoun, Bchamoun, Baisour, and Aytat.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone in a timely and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively
Assist in maintaining and updating customer database
Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other digital communication tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate with experience in customer service software

Preferred:

Experience in the cleaning or related service industry
Familiarity with CRM systems
