• Covers any gap of a staff shortage during emergency vacations and unexpected leaves or absence.
• Provides excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Makes sure that all tables are well set with all needed cutleries and wares.
• Makes sure that the side station is well equipped with all menus, cutleries, wares and tablemates.
• Greets customers politely as they enter the branch or section as assigned.
• Introduce self to customers in a polite manner.
• Show customers to their tables with the communication of the customer service host.
• Presents menus to every seated customer.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the menu items and daily specials.
• Explain the menu items in terms of preparation, ingredients and presentation.
• Makes sure awareness of allergy information on menu items.
• Answers inquiries about food and beverage items on the menu
