We are seeking a dedicated and technology-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Simulation Equipment Specialist.
Position Overview: The Healthcare Simulation Equipment Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, conducting product demonstrations, delivering comprehensive product training, configuring products, preparing quotations, and following up on payments. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a keen interest in healthcare technology, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Medical knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
o Provide support and assistance to customers using healthcare simulation equipment.
o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
o Diagnose and resolve Software issues related to simulation equipment.
2. Product Demonstrations:
o Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our healthcare simulation equipment.
o Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs and interests of different customer groups, including medical professionals and educators.
3. Product Training:
o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on the proper use and maintenance of healthcare simulation equipment.
o Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
o Ensure customers are proficient in using the equipment to maximize its effectiveness in medical training.
4. Product Configuration:
o Assist in the configuration of simulation equipment at customer sites.
o Customize and optimize simulation equipment settings to meet specific customer requirements.
5. Quotations and Payments:
o Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers based on their needs and budget.
o Follow up with customers regarding quotations to ensure timely approval and processing.
o Track and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely receipt and account reconciliation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, biomedical engineering).
• Master’s degree is a Plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with PC hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Medical knowledge or background is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel for on-site demonstrations, training sessions, and product configuration.
