Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
