Job Purpose:

Maintain the installation, maintenance and repair of plant machinery. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.

Job Duties:

Maintenance Activities
• Provide primary supervision to the maintenance team routine work.
• Maintain and organize maintenance stocks and program as per agreed procedures.
• Implement HSE programs.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
• Use expertise for diagnosis and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair machineries.
• Perform preventive maintenance routines and inspections.
• Communicate with operators and reports to Plant Manager.
• Conduct all electrical installation and repairs.
• Purchase mechanical and electrical plant supplies

General
• Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above as instructed by direct manager

Qualifications
• Technical/College degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Equipment utilization: Strong technical knowledge (electrical, mechanical)
