Direct estimation teams on quantity takeoffs, unit rate buildup, and pricing of civil, electromechanical, and EPC scopes (direct costs, indirects, preliminaries, risk, and margin)
Proven track record pricing and winning contractor bids in roads, bridges, underground/heavy civil works, PV, substations, power plants, or transmission lines
Deep knowledge of contractor cost structures: crew productivity rates, equipment costs, temporary works, site overheads
Strong command of FIDIC contract forms from the contractor's perspective
Experience managing subcontractor/supplier pricing and negotiation
BE in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent); MBA or contract/QS certification a plus
Fluent English and Arabic; French a plus
Based in or willing to relocate to Lebanon; available for regional travel
Important — Please Read Before Applying
This position is strictly for candidates with contractor-side EPC/tendering experience. Candidates whose background is predominantly with design consultancies, engineering consultants, supervision firms, or client-side/PMC roles will not be considered, even with tendering exposure. Your CV should demonstrate hands-on bid pricing and estimation for a contracting company executing works
