This position plays a critical role in maintaining Bay Crane’s reputation for safe, reliable, and professional project execution.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <strong>Project planning & execution</strong><br> <ul> <li>Plan and manage crane and heavy lift projects from pre-job planning through closeout.</li> <li>Coordinate crane selection, crew assignments, and equipment needs with operations and dispatch.</li> <li>Develop and/or review lift plans including crane configurations, rigging methods, load weights, site access, and work sequencing.</li> <li>Ensure jobsite readiness prior to mobilization, including access routes, set-up areas, and ground conditions.</li> <li>Oversee daily execution to ensure work is performed according to plan, schedule, and safety requirements.</li> <li>Adjust plans as site conditions change while maintaining safety and efficiency.</li> </ul> <strong>Customer & stakeholder management</strong><br> <ul> <li>Serve as Bay Crane’s primary point of contact for assigned projects.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, general contractors, engineers, and site personnel.</li> <li>Lead coordination meetings and provide regular updates on project status.</li> <li>Manage scope changes, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges.</li> <li>Ensure customer expectations align with operational capabilities.</li> </ul> <strong>Safety, compliance & risk management</strong><br> <ul> <li>Enforce Bay Crane safety policies and all applicable regulatory and site-specific requirements.</li> <li>Participate in job safety analyses, pre-task planning, and pre-lift meetings.</li> <li>Ensure proper documentation of lift plans, permits, and safety records.</li> <li>Coordinate required training, orientations, and drug screening compliance for assigned personnel.</li> <li>Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.</li> <li>Exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist.</li> </ul> <strong>Scheduling & resource coordination</strong><br> <ul> <li>Develop and manage short- and mid-term schedules for crane operations.</li> <li>Coordinate work sequencing with customers and internal departments.</li> <li>Anticipate resource needs and identify potential conflicts related to staffing, equipment, access, or logistics.</li> <li>Support efficient mobilization and demobilization of equipment and crews.</li> </ul> <strong>Systems & documentation (NextGen)</strong><br> <ul> <li>Create and maintain accurate job records in NextGen.</li> <li>Track daily activities, job progress, and service documentation.</li> <li>Maintain organized project files including lift plans, permits, approvals, and compliance records.</li> <li>Support accurate billing through timely and complete documentation.</li> </ul> <strong>On-site leadership</strong><br> <ul> <li>Provide on-site oversight for assigned projects as required.</li> <li>Serve as the operational leader for Bay Crane personnel in the field.</li> <li>Ensure professionalism, quality of work, and adherence to company standards.</li> <li>Act as first point of contact for operational issues at the jobsite.</li> </ul> <strong>Continuous improvement</strong><br> <ul> <li>Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to planning and execution processes.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.</li> <li>Support the growth and professional development of field and project personnel.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Strong computer skills and ability to work in a documentation-driven environment.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong safety awareness.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Experience in crane operations, rigging, construction management, or industrial project coordination (internships considered).</li> <li>Familiarity with lift planning, heavy equipment operations, or construction logistics.</li> <li>Experience working with operational management systems such as NextGen.</li> </ul></p><p></p>

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities <br> <br>-Lead and oversee daily production operations to achieve production targets. <br>-Ensure consistent product quality by maintaining adherence to specifications and quality standards. <br>-Supervise, coach, and develop production teams to drive high performance. <br>-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and regulatory requirements. <br>-Optimize the utilization of manpower, raw materials, and production equipment. <br>-Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. <br>-Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. <br>-Maintain accurate production documentation and reports. <br> <br>Requirements <br>-Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. <br>-6–7 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the food industry is highly preferred. <br>Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP and related regulations). <br>-Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. <br>-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. <br>-Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
