Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Patisserie Joumana in Nahr Ibrahim.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new pastry and dessert recipes, managing food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards, and collaborating with the catering team for event menu planning.

- Knowledge of different baking techniques
- Menu planning and recipe development skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
