We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an adequate pool of qualified crew members through the execution of effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate screening processes.
•Oversee all aspects of crew manning, including placement and compliance with maritime regulations.
•Handle administrative tasks and data management

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
•Proven experience in crew management or recruitment.
•Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficient in MS Office Suite.
•Fluent in English, French is a plus.
