Sales and Operations Manager

TIP is recruiting for an Operations and Sales Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of our FMCG client in Beirut. This role involves overseeing HR, administrative functions, accounting, merchandising, sales, warehouse management, and procurement, while working closely with the Founder to implement operational strategies and drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Personnel and Admin Coordinator to manage recruitment, onboarding, and policy compliance.
  • Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Manage the Sales Team Supervisor and ensure effective performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure the Merchandiser optimizes sales representatives' routes and develops effective strategies.
  • Manage the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient inventory management and logistics.
  • Handle procurement tasks, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
  • Collaborate with the Founder on developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, financial management, sales operations, warehouse management, and procurement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
