Presentail is looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints
- Assist customers with orders, tracking shipments, payment processing, and product recommendations
- Utilize company resources to accurately and efficiently address customer needs
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
