Job Purpose
Ensure an efficient and friendly first point of contact for all visitors and provide administrative support to the other members of the Campus, Human Resources, Finance, General Administration teams and kitchen team.
Main Responsibilities
• Receives and directs phone calls and visitors
• Distributes Mails, Faxes & Couriers
• Assists in Personnel and Campus Administration assignments.
• Is responsible for conference rooms’ administration. Whenever needed coordinating with cafeteria staff
• Assisting in daily kitchen operation
• Indirectly supervising the cleaning team
• Logs the daily cafeteria consumption of the employees (meals/drinks); collects meal payments from the employees & housekeeping (where relevant) needed for payroll processing
• In coordination with the Finance department, manages the cash box for payments, logs payment details, receives relative invoices and distributing cheques to suppliers on weekly basis
• Manages stationery requisitions receives employee requests and timely distributes them. Logs all orders needed for inventory count.
• Regularly updates the parking list of all employees using the company parking lot and registers the keys handed to/received from employees

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management
• 2 to 3 years of experience in related field
• Good Communication Skills
• Organized
• Detailed Oriented
• Proficient in English
