What you’ll do

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage our Shopify projects from initiation to launch. This role emphasizes client relationship management, project oversight, and effective communication while ensuring the successful delivery of projects and a positive client experience.

Job R & Rs (Responsibilities & Requirements)
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Shopify clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand and analyze client needs, providing tailored solutions to optimize their Shopify stores.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Project Coordination:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Shopify projects, working with clients to gather requirements and providing regular updates on progress.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers, ensuring task completion aligns with client specifications.
- Use project management tools like Asana to manage timelines, deliverables, and task assignments effectively.
Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients based on their needs.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients to enhance their Shopify experience and drive revenue.

Technical Knowledge:
- Possess a foundational understanding of Shopify themes, basic HTML, CSS, and Liquid coding to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
- Stay informed about the latest Shopify features, themes, and third-party apps, advising clients on optimal solutions for their stores.
Content Management:
- Guide clients in managing their content, ensuring the accurate and timely uploading of product images, descriptions, and other relevant data.
- Assist clients in creating and managing collections and optimizing their store layout for a better user experience.
Problem-Solving and Support:
- Anticipate and troubleshoot issues that arise during project execution, providing clients with effective solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and queries to maintain client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and performance metrics.
- Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, preferably within an e-commerce or Shopify environment, with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong capability to identify client needs and propose relevant solutions, including upselling opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on understanding and prioritizing client needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project management and client communications.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve client goals.
