Sales Manager

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager.


Main Duties:



  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and grow the customer's base.

  • Establish sales targets for the team and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team, providing coaching and performance feedback to help team members succeed.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.

  • Allocate and oversee the budget for the sales department, ensuring resources are used effectively.

  • Evaluate continuously the sales performance through metrics, reports, and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.

Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 14 years of experience in a similar role mainly within the following industries: FMCG, F&B, Construction and Building, and Industrial Engineering.

  • Able to train and supervise staff.

  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

  • Effective customer service and supervisory skills.

  • Fluency in English.
