The Brand Ambassador for Monin is responsible for promoting the Monin brand and its range of premium syrups, sauces, and flavorings. This role involves engaging with customers, bartenders, chefs, and industry professionals to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and educate the market on Monin products. The Brand Ambassador will also represent Monin at industry events, training sessions, and in-store promotions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Brand Promotion: Act as the face of Monin, promoting its products to consumers, hospitality professionals, and retailers through demonstrations, tastings, and events.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, mixologists, and chefs to showcase Monin’s product versatility, providing inspiration for use in cocktails, beverages, and culinary applications.

• Training & Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for bartenders, baristas, chefs, and sales teams to enhance their knowledge and usage of Monin products.

• Event Representation: Represent Monin at trade shows, food festivals, and industry events, ensuring the brand is prominently featured and well-represented.

• Market Insights: Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to support the development of marketing strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, in-store displays, and marketing initiatives.

• This Job entails to have a car as it will require a daily visit to Monin B to C clients

Qualifications & skills :

Academic Certification in mixology, barista skills, or culinary arts is a plus.

Required Skills: Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong understanding of flavor trends and product applications.

Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. (Arabic, English &/or French).

Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from bartenders and chefs to retail partners.

Creativity and a strong sense of taste, with the ability to develop new recipes and product applications.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
