Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports covering recruitment, attendance, insurance, and probation metrics, along with detailed lateness and absenteeism reports.
  • Employee Development: Assist in the design and implementation of training programs and conduct orientations/inductions for new hires.
  • Attendance Management: Track daily attendance and manage discrepancies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Probation Oversight: Monitor and evaluate probation periods, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Employee Support: Manage the yearly schooling benefit files, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster positive workplace relationships, and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events to boost employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Policy Communication: Ensure employees are informed about company policies, assist in policy updates, and coordinate with the quality department as required.
  • Corporate Communications: Manage corporate emails and text messages, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
