Main Responsibilities:
- Generate quantitative and qualitative sales reports
- Identify customer needs and implement initiatives to address them
- Ensure consistent customer service and manage customer complaints
- Build and maintain a customer database
- Oversee stock control and ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock movements
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, including cleanliness, displays, lighting, and stock rotation
- Implement merchandising in line with brand visual merchandising guidelines
- Prepare schedules for shop floor coverage and maintain staff grooming standards
- Manage, engage, and delegate responsibilities to the team
- Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of progressive experience in retail management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving store performance
- Strong proficiency in KPI management and performance analysis
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- In-depth understanding of retail operations, stock control, and merchandising standards
