We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, oversee campaign execution, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
- Account Strategy and Planning:
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective strategies.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for assigned accounts.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior account managers or team members.
- Facilitate collaboration between creative, content, and technical teams.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze account performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for clients, highlighting ROI and KPIs.
- Address any issues proactively and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in agency
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
