Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager in Beirut. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food service operations, managing the food & beverage offerings, ensuring exceptional customer service, providing training to staff, and budgeting for all food and beverage-related expenses.

Qualifications

  • Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
  • Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Training expertise in the food industry
  • Budgeting proficiency for food and beverage operations
  • Wine knowledge is a must
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
