Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee the production of oriental sweets (e.g., kunafa, baklava, maamoul...) in alignment with the company’s recipes and standards.
- Follow established recipes to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Supervise and guide assistants and workers in the production process, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
- Collaborate in developing new oriental sweets products that align with our 'brand identity and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workplace, tools, and equipment according to health regulations.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, coordinate with procurement for restocking, and minimize waste.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, reporting any issues for timely repair.
- Ensure orders are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with trends and techniques in oriental sweets to enhance the product range and introduce innovations.
