Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth while fostering long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  3. Identify market opportunities and design plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
  4. Team Leadership:
  5. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  6. Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  7. Client Relationship Management:
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  9. Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts and negotiate high-value contracts.
  10. Market Analysis:
  11. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  12. Provide regular market feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
  13. Revenue and Reporting:
  14. Meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  15. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  16. Collaboration:
  17. Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales campaigns with business objectives.
  18. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
