Assistant Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Project Assistance:

  • Support the coordination and execution of projects or initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide research and data collection to assist with project planning.

Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing information or directing to appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Draft emails, memos, and other communications as needed.

Data Management:

  • Compile, analyze, and summarize data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and update databases or tracking systems.


Skills

  • English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must.
  • A university graduate in business management to assist all tasks related to the project.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Arabic.
  • Good communication skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint,
  • Ability to read documents and provide briefs.
  • Experience in organizational skills and follow up.
  • Ability to take initiatives and have attention to details
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • High sense of commitment and responsibility to job duties.
