Junior Back Office & Call Center Associate

Key Responsibilities
• Back Office Support: Assist in daily back-office operations related to Forex transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Data Management: Maintain and update records in our CRM system, ensuring all client interactions and Forex transactions are accurately documented.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports from the CRM system and other data sources to support management in decision-making and performance tracking.
• Client Interaction & Call Center Support: Assist clients with a wide range of needs, including account opening, deposit guidance, answering inquiries, and providing comprehensive support and information. Strong communication skills are essential to handle client questions effectively, and ensure a smooth and supportive client experience.
Required Skills & Abilities
• Forex Knowledge: Understanding of Forex markets and basic trading concepts.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage client data, interactions, and call center support.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective client support through the call center.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, business management or a related field.
• Experience or internship in a Forex environment and familiarity with back-office and call center operations is a plus
