Level 1 IT Technician

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Level 1 IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with dispatching ticketing systems, providing first-level technical support, and assisting users with various IT issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
•Respond to and manage incoming helpdesk tickets through the dispatching ticketing system.
•Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
•Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
•Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
•Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
•Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
•Ensure timely resolution of user issues and follow up to verify satisfaction.
•Assist with on site in interventions when required.

**Qualifications**
•High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in IT or related field.
•Proven experience of working in the IT field or similar technical support role.
•Strong understanding of computer systems, servers, networks and other tech products.
•Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Fluent in English is a must. (written and spoken)
