•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold and hot kitchen-bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

•Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.

•Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless operation and consistent service.

 

*Requirements:

•Proven experience in a cold and hot kitchen setting.

•Familiarity with the safe handling of raw and chilled ingredients.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Culinary school training or equivalent experience in food preparation.
