A Leading Company provider of pest control services located in the Maten Area, is looking for a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle client calls and inquiries professionally
-Schedule appointments for pest control expert visits
-Provide exceptional customer service and support
-Manage and maintain the calendar for the expert team to ensure smooth operations
-Ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and follow-ups

Preferred Experience:
-Previous experience in customer service or as an operator
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of professionalism
-Excellent problem-solving abilities
