Job Purpose
Ensure an efficient and friendly first point of contact for all visitors and provide administrative support to the other members of the Campus, Human Resources, Finance, General Administration team.
Main Responsibilities
• Receives and directs phone calls and visitors
• Distributes Mails, Faxes & Couriers
• Assists in Personnel and Campus Administration assignments.
• Is responsible for conference rooms’ administration.
• Indirectly supervising the cleaning team
• Logs the daily cafeteria consumption of the employees (meals/drinks); collects meal payments from the employees & housekeeping (where relevant) needed for payroll processing
• Manages stationery requisitions receives employee requests and timely distributes them. Logs all orders needed for inventory count.
• Assist in keeping records and inventory list for any purchased assets.
• Keeping track of all invoices and updating the expense sheet accordingly.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management
• 2 to 3 years of experience in related field
• Good Communication Skills
• Organized
• Detailed Oriented
• Proficient in English
