We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensure high service standards, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership & Supervision – Manage and mentor the customer service team, providing guidance and training.
* Customer Support Management – Ensure prompt, professional, and efficient handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
* Process Improvement – Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service efficiency and satisfaction.
* Performance Monitoring – Track team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular evaluations.
* Conflict Resolution – Handle escalated issues and resolve customer concerns effectively.
* Collaboration – Work with other departments to streamline service processes and improve customer experiences.
* Reporting & Analysis – Prepare reports on customer feedback, team performance, and service trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 8 years in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
* Leadership & People Management – Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
* Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to handle complex customer interactions.
* Customer-Oriented Mindset – Passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.
