Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement Employee to support the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services for the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and helping to manage procurement records. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in procurement and supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Assisting with Procurement Processes:**
- Support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services.
- Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Ensure the timely delivery of products and services, maintaining accurate delivery records.

2. **Vendor and Supplier Coordination:**
- Assist in contacting suppliers to obtain quotes and information about product availability.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and delivery expectations.
- Help resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods.

3. **Inventory Management:**
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits.
- Keep track of outstanding orders and coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery.

4. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery receipts.
- File and organize procurement documentation for easy access and reference.

6. **Collaboration with Other Departments:**
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in procurement, inventory management, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes is a plus.
