نحن شركة تنظيف محترفة نبحث عن مشرف تنظيف لقيادة فرق التنظيف الميدانية. تشمل المهام:
- قيادة العمال إلى منازل العملاء لتنفيذ خدمات التنظيف العميق
- الإشراف على عمليات التنظيف وضمان الجودة والكفاءة
- إدارة مخزون مواد وأدوات التنظيف
- التنسيق مع العملاء والحفاظ على علاقات جيدة
- تقديم تقارير يومية عن الأنشطة وأداء الفريق
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والنظافة
المتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على التنظيف أو إدارة المنشآت
- رخصة قيادة سارية وقدرة على قيادة سيارة الشركة
- مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية
- معرفة بمنتجات التنظيف وتتبع المخزون
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وخبرة في التعامل مع العملاء
- يفضل وجود علاقات وخبرة في المجال

Job Description
We are a professional cleaning company seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our field cleaning teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving workers to client locations for deep cleaning services
- Supervising cleaning operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Reporting daily activities and team performance
- Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning supervision or facility management
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with cleaning products and inventory tracking
- Good communication skills and client handling experience
- Preferably with industry connections and references
