The Head of Maintenance Department oversees all maintenance operations related to diesel generators, spare parts, and energy systems. He ensures equipment reliability, supervises maintenance teams, manages resources, and upholds company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance engineers and technicians.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure timely service delivery and high-quality maintenance work.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and tools.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, and Operations teams on technical support.
Enforce safety and quality procedures across all maintenance activities.
Prepare performance and maintenance reports for management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in generator maintenance, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, alternators, and control systems.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
