Lead and manage the Maintenance Department, overseeing both technical operations and administrative functions. Responsible for planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel generators, managing maintenance budgets, preparing reports and KPIs, controlling spare parts inventory, coordinating with other departments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading, developing, and evaluating the maintenance team. Candidates must have 10+ years of hands-on experience in diesel generator maintenance, with proven leadership, organizational, and managerial skills
