The Hour Dress is looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and strong customer service and administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner

Manage appointments, calls, and inquiries efficiently

Support administrative tasks and maintain organized records

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Uphold the brand’s image through professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or any related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented

Previous experience in reception, front desk, or client service roles is an advantage
