Role Purpose: to ensure the smooth electronic communication of all business transactions between office departments and stores.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide help-desk services as well as “night shift” support when needed
2. Gather and document data into the system
3. Maintain the Retail software related to stores
4. Establish network cabling
5. Install new Retail systems (hardware/ software) and products
6. Troubleshoot and fix computer hardware and software problems and report errors
7. Receive and resolve customer complaints
8. Maintain an ongoing relationship with stores to stay informed of any discrepancies and make sure to resolve all issues directly
9. Ensure the smooth and correct flow of information in the Retail system
10. Train store staff on all new applications
11. Regular Stores/Warehouse Support Visits

Required Qualification and Skills:

• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or Business Computing, or any related field.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of basic MS Office programs as well as operating system and commands. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• A general understanding of the Retail Business.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
