ATM Technician
Job Objective
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components of the ATM and Retail machines. Support these systems by site visiting the Bank’s & Supermarket’s branches.
Adhere to the BRS Department’s business workflow and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide expert technical support for ATMs’ hardware, banking software, Retail POS, Retail self-service machines, and other IT equipment and applications.
• Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and challenges, assisting in the development of appropriate technical solutions.
• Respond to technical inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Assist in generating leads and supporting business development efforts by providing technical insights during client meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team, if required, to provide technical input for proposals, tenders, and quotes, presenting full solutions to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with new software/hardware developments and communicate these updates to the sales and technical teams.
• Collaborate with the business development team on customer relationship management, handling after-sales requests, and resolving complaints.
• Contribute to setting departmental goals and individual performance objectives to drive success.
Education Background
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Technical Education BT/TS in either “Computer & Programming”, “Electrical” or “Electronic” fields.

Key Competencies
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Repairing and replacing damaged ATM and network components

Experience
3+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
