For an IT services company, we are looking for an organized, autonomous person to support management and structure our Marketing, Recruitment, Sales, and Organizational activities.
Main missions
Digital communication : manage our online presence (editorial calendar, posts, visuals, performance tracking).
Recruitment : write and publish job offers, pre-qualify applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and organize interviews with management and clients.
Administration & accounting : liaise with the accounting firm (collecting and tracking documents), manage all administrative documents of the company.
Calls for tenders : centralize information, prepare and format response files, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance.
Desired profile
Significant experience (min. 2–3 years) in a similar position.
Excellent organization, rigor, sense of priorities, and autonomy.
Proactivity, service-minded attitude, impeccable confidentiality.
Strong writing skills in French; professional English appreciated.
Comfortable with IT and collaborative tools.

LinkedIn (company pages, posts, basic analytics).
Google Workspace (Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Visual creation tools (Canva, GIMP).
