we sell pos and billing software, our team needs an IT SUPPORT for software training and hardware troubleshooting on clients' machines.
- Software training
- Follow up
- Hardware troubleshooting (format, hard disk replacement, reinstalling software, Printing troubleshooting, OS repair etc....)
- An experience in mobile coding is a PLUS
Skills
applicants should be presentable, adaptive, and patient in site and over the phone towards clients.
The job could be done remotely or from the office.
