Front Office Supervisor

Supervise daily front office operations, including guest registration, room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs.

Ensure high standards of guest service at all times and handle special requests or complaints promptly and professionally.

Train, schedule, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.

Monitor room availability, rate accuracy, and occupancy levels in coordination with the reservations and housekeeping departments.

Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room charges using the hotel’s property management system (PMS).

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Prepare and submit daily reports, including occupancy summaries, cash reports, and shift handovers.

Assist in managing front office inventory, such as stationery, keys, and equipment.

Support the Front Office Manager in implementing service improvements and staff development initiatives.

Act as the manager on duty in the absence of senior management
