Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, POS systems, and network infrastructure in all stores and head office.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software applications as needed.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.
• Monitor system performance and address any IT-related issues promptly.
• Support staff with IT-related queries and provide training when required.
• Collaborate with management to implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and operations.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and support contracts.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends relevant to retail operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of POS systems, network administration, and computer hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data security, backup, and recovery processes.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Ability to provide technical training and support to staff.
