Job Purpose
Responsible for handling all National Social Security Fund (NSSF), health insurance, and governmental formalities related to personnel. Ensure accurate records management, proper archiving, and effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth HR operations.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage all NSSF processes: registrations, declarations, family allowances, EOS formalities, yearly reconciliations, and renewals.
• Handle Health Insurance operations: enrolment, upgrades, cancellations, invoice audits, hospital permissions, and yearly card distribution.
• Oversee onboarding formalities including NSSF, MOF declarations (R3/R4), medical insurance enrolment, and coordination of medical tests and doctor appointments.
• Support offboarding by preparing clearance documents and ensuring proper closure of records.
• Review Sales Expenses Reports and prepare monthly LER.
• Maintain accurate and updated personnel files (legal, training, appraisal, and salary documents).
• Represent the company at governmental institutions (NSSF, MOF, General Security, Ministry of Labor) and maintain professional relationships.
• Participate in HR cultural initiatives and support department objectives.
• Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with strong exposure to NSSF, MOF, and health insurance procedures.
• Solid knowledge of Lebanese labor law, NSSF regulations, and governmental formalities.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with internal teams, governmental institutions, and external providers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team
