As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives that reflect the brand's identity, values, and vision. Working closely with the marketing, creative, PR, and retail teams, you will help coordinate campaigns, manage assets, oversee calendars, and ensure seamless execution across print, digital, and in-store channels. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury fashion and brand storytelling.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Coordination & Logistics
Coordinate with multiple stock locations (Paris, UAE, Lebanon) to check item availability for collaborations, styling requests, and marketing shoots.
Manage incoming requests from local and international collaborators, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate internal communication.
Place garment requests and track them from production through finishing and alteration to final delivery.
Ensure items sent for marketing purposes are presentable, properly packaged, and delivered on time.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
Support the selection and coordination of influencers, brand partners, and ambassadors.
Keep track and ensure all deliveries, posting schedules, and content guidelines are clearly communicated.
Prepare creative briefs, shooting guidelines, and mood direction to ensure collaborators experience the full brand identity.
Track all collaborations, content performance, and adherence to agreed deliverables.
Content & Social Marketing Support
Collect and organize content from celebrities, influencers, and partners for use by the social media team.
Coordinate photoshoot logistics (models, makeup, décor, suppliers) for marketing-driven campaigns and lookbook productions.
Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of brand events such as:
· Training
Presentations
Trunk shows
Exhibitions
Coordinate with suppliers, décor teams, production teams, and external agencies.
Assist with VIP hosting, invitations, and event logistics.
VIP Gifting Program
Maintain and update the VIP gifting calendar for birthdays, milestones, and seasonal celebrations.
Coordinate the creation, packaging, and dispatch of gifts to regional and international VIP lists.
Seasonal Marketing & Fashion Week Preparation
Assist with marketing-related planning, including:
Item preparation
Logistics coordination
Internal schedules
Talent & influencers agenda
Creative material preparation
Handle seasonal red-carpet logistics (requests, item preparation, delivery coordination).
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
· At least 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing in the apparel and fashion industry
· Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to work across global teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
· Knowledge of fashion trends, red-carpet culture, and influencer dynamics is preferred
