Key Accountabilities And Tasks:
- Lead showroom sales and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and lead follow-up.
- Manage sales processes, including pricing, orders, invoicing, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Supervise showroom presentation and coordinate with stock and operations teams.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets.
- Train and support the sales team and participate in promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role, including at least 1 year in a leadership role, and at least 2 years of experience in the Furniture Industry.
Education requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (required).
