 Key Accountabilities And Tasks:

  • Lead showroom sales and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and lead follow-up.
  • Manage sales processes, including pricing, orders, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Supervise showroom presentation and coordinate with stock and operations teams.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets.
  • Train and support the sales team and participate in promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

 

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies:

 

Minimum Experience:                                                                                                  

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role, including at least 1 year in a leadership role, and at least 2 years of experience in the Furniture Industry.

 

Education requirements:                                                                                          

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design,  Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (required).
