We’re a growing agency in Harissa looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who loves building things from the ground up. This role is for a senior marketer with real agency experience—someone confident leading strategy, setting standards, and mentoring a small team while being the main decision-maker.
What You’ll Do
• Own and lead the overall marketing and content strategy
• Review and approve all content before it goes live
• Set clear standards for hooks, storytelling, pacing, and conversion
• Lead internal workshops and hands-on team training
• Mentor team members and identify skill gaps
• Improve workflows, briefs, and processes as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of marketing or social media experience (agency background is a must)
• Strong expertise in short-form video and digital platforms
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a small team
• Strategic thinker who’s also comfortable getting hands-on
• Confident decision-maker who takes full ownership
• Enjoys building, improving, and scaling from an early-stage setup
